Reign Girls Softball Academy is a premier youth softball training program in Las Vegas dedicated to helping young athletes build confidence, improve their skills, and prepare for higher levels of competition. Created by a team of experienced coaches with a shared passion for developing the next generation of softball players, Reign was designed to fill a critical gap between recreational softball and competitive travel ball.

Launched in May 2025, the Academy quickly became one of Las Vegas’ fastest-growing softball development programs. In our first season, we hosted four free training sessions and served more than 70 girls ages 6U–16U—proof of the growing need for accessible, high-quality softball instruction in our community.

Reign Girls Softball Academy stands apart because of our holistic approach to athlete development.

• We offer open-to-the-public softball clinics, skills academies, and specialized training sessions focused on infield, outfield, hitting, speed, agility, and softball fundamentals.

• We also invest in character-building and leadership. Our Junior Coaching Program gives athletes the opportunity to mentor younger players, develop communication skills, and learn what it means to lead on and off the field.
